Purpose To attract and retain a growing population of young working age people in Pictou County, by making the area a more engaging place for young people to live and contribute.

Our History

Pulse was born in response to the Ivany Report

2014

Stephaine Cooper, Jim Proudfoot, and Amanda Hill decided that there was a need for a place/group for young people to connect and exchange ideas and information. 

As things grew 

2015

The leadership team was expanded to Included Ashlie Cormier, Joel Cock, Brendan Coyle, and Jessica Muir
